Kraft Bank offers refinancing to customers with complicated or difficult finances. We emphasize helping people who have got into financial problems in a proper way.

Loans are mainly granted against mortgages on housing and other asset values, at a price that provides a reasonable ratio between risk and return.

The bank received a banking license in December 2017, fully subscribed to an issue of NOK 300 million in January 2018 and started operations in May 2018. Kraft Bank uses loan agents as a sales channel, but also accepts customers directly.

The product range consists of loans secured by real estate, unsecured loans and deposits. 

Kraft Bank ASA is listed on Euronext Growth with ticker code KRAB.

Repurchase of own shares in Kraft Bank ASA (KRAB)

The Bank has bought back its own shares once a year. The shares are transferred to employees under the Bank's bonus scheme.
