The Transparency Act is a law that came into force in Norway on July 1, 2022 and affected companies must report for the first time by June 30, 2023.
What is the Transparency Act?
The Transparency Act is intended to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. It also sets requirements for openness and public access to how companies work with this.
Kraft Bank ASA is covered by the Transparency Act as the bank is not defined as a small enterprise and sells services in Norway. The Board of Directors of Kraft Bank ASA adopted guidelines for due diligence on February 7, 2023.
