Loans are mainly granted against mortgages on housing and other asset values, at a price that provides a reasonable ratio between risk and return.
The bank received a banking license in December 2017, fully subscribed to an issue of NOK 300 million in January 2018 and started operations in May 2018. Kraft Bank uses loan agents as a sales channel, but also accepts customers directly.
The product range consists of loans secured by real estate, unsecured loans and deposits.

Dividend 2021
The dividend for 2021 was paid in 2022 as a reduction of the share premium reserve. Consequently, it should not be reported for tax purposes as a dividend in the tax return.

Personal shareholders are allowed to use the assessed value on January 1 of the income year. This assessed value is reported by the bank and is shown in the share statement/holding statement.
