The digital world changes frequently and not everything can be kept up to date. In the autumn of 2022, Bank ID on mobile phones will be phased out in favour of a separate Bank ID app.
You need a Bank ID to sign agreements and contracts digitally. You may have had a Bank ID on your mobile phone or disposable code in the past or maybe you still use it?
Then it may be that something has changed or simply does not work anymore. Most banks have switched to the new Bank ID app, but if you have a Bank ID from Sparebank 1 or Nordea, you must continue to use the bank's own app.
