What is the Transparency Act?
The Transparency Act is intended to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. It also sets requirements for openness and public access to how companies work with this.
Kraft Bank ASA is covered by the Transparency Act as the bank is not defined as a small enterprise, and sells services in Norway. The board of Kraft Bank ASA has adopted guidelines for due diligence assessments.
